RKL AQUA
Surface-mounted luminaire for ceiling or wall mounting with a high protection grade (IP65), the matching counterpart to the RKL. White luminaire base made of polycarbonate (PC). Domed diffuser made of textured acrylic (PMMA or PC on request), translucent opal. Secure and sturdy diffuser attachment thanks to internal closure device.

PMMA
This material combines exceptional light transmission (up to 92%) with excellent resistance to UV radiation and other weather conditions. It does not yellow and remains clear and transparent even after many years of outdoor use. It is resistant to many chemicals, such as diluted acids and alkalis, increasing its durability in various environments.

PC
Polycarbonate is extremely sturdy and resistant to shocks and breakage, offers high optical clarity (similar to glass) and can transmit up to 90% of visible light. It is also flame retardant with good resistance to many chemicals. The polycarbonate we use is UV resistant and does not yellow.

Thanks to our extruder, we have the capability to produce our own material.
The granules are fed into the extruder, where they are transported by a screw. The heating elements melt the material, which is then pressed into shape through a nozzle. The plates are then cut to the desired thickness and length.
